Please share your data from Webmaster Tools.
I have got tons of +1 votes but can't see any change in the tools yet.
The data seems delayed by a few days. Will update soon.

Do not trust claims without screenshots.

How were these plus ones generated?
Was it natural users clicking these? This looks like a very unnatural trend
Were they all from the same user? << Nope 8 users, so thats looking good
Were they all at the same time, the same week, the same hour? << Looks like these plus ones have all come from the last few days, I hope this trend keeps up for you

If this trend keeps the same pattern naturally, then its looking good for the future
But Google isn't going to give anyone a quick boost for clicking their own +1, so I imagine their will be a big delay to work out what is natural and what has been manipulated.
I dont think +1s are really going to have an impact for a couple of weeks/ even months yet
They are not even going to give anyone a boost if people are clicking +1 from lots of accounts if the pattern looks unnatural

If you haven't done already, leave it a coupled of weeks
Let real visitors click your +1 for your content
Watch a slow and steady pattern

    +1 is all about content!
I plan on concentrating on creating the content that people will click the +1 button for
I'm not going to worry too much about the numbers at the start, Google likes to see a natural pattern build up slowly to begin with

lol, I think it's the idea that will phase out page rank...
It is not an insane idea at all, page rank has become so corrupt.
The corruption of +1 is much more easily monitored by Google

Who here hasnt created several links to your own site << isnt this just like voting for your self
If you try to vote for your self using +1 it's much easier for Google to detect

Google says that “+1 data will directly influence its market share dominating search rankings.” I think we won’t see major algorithm changes for a while–at least while the button is in experimental mode.

It does impact on SEO. Especially spammers can easily abuse it.

I may be wrong but I thought it would only influenced those in your social circle (G+, Twitter, etc). EG if I +1 a page or site, it may raise that search result for those people who have me in a G+ circle, follow me on twitter etc (providing they are logged into their Google account when they search).
So if someone were to try and influence the SERP's by buying a whole heap of +1's from spammers, they would only raise their search results to the people in the spammers social circles... which are most likely are other spammers. So yeah, if that's the type of audience your after, go for it.

Anyway, here's mine. (I've only added the +1 button to a few pages so far just to test it out)

How I look at it is: It's not going to affect negatively and it doens't affect me having it on my website for people to click so it's good either way. It may not help now but if it does in the future then it does, if not then i'm no worse. Doesn't really answer your question, just my view on the whole topic.

Let me put the real experience.

For one of my site, I've tried Google +1 from 7 different mail ids.
To my surprise, from the next day onwards, the site is no more in the SERPS.
I think it would be a BIG lesson for some of the webmasters like me.

Spammers will make great use of it. The question is how this +1 will affect the SERPs, if all +1 are relevant and legitimate it's ok but how fake/spammers +1 will affect the sites? G will consider it as another parameter to SEO, abuse/non abuse?...
What will happen if some competitor +1 your site 1000000 times from the same IP?
This is my main concern right now, not how much this +1 will benefit the sites but how much can hurt your site...

I cannot see how spammers can make great use of it. You need to have a google account in order to be able to +1 a site. Google will easily be able to determine spammer accounts and either discount the +1 or hurt the site itself in SERPs.

Well, all I can say is you were not very smart at all. 7 different email accounts and I bet all clicks for your site from the same IP.
