SEC filings don't exist, that's all all made up stuff! These things stockholders refer to as Class A and Class B are in reality illegal drugs that are fed to bots to encourage them to work 25 hours a day. Class C and Class D are steroids that are used on the hard disks to beef them up to take more and more data. There are various conspiracies about the ownership of Google. The last I heard was an authoritative report that it belonged to a certain bin Laden family, but that theory was bombed out of the window and now it's generally believed in a well known city called Redmond that a subversive, illegal group of lunatic aliens have taken control of the 'plex and that they need to be stopped.
Well, now you've gone and revealed all of Google's closely held secrets... the Google police will be out now to silent you and everyone who reads this thread.
Larry Page and Sergey Brin started the company but the shareholders own the company after the initial IPO and the company was floated. So the answer to your question is the individual shareholdesr and the big institutions.
Larry Page and Sergey Brin started this great way of Internet and now it is owned by a group of stockholders.
Sergey Brin a computer science grad and a mathematician of Russian origin and Larry Page again a computer science grad and an industrialist are the founders of Google!
I was wondering if the original creators of Google are still shareholders and what percentage do they hold?
It is shared by many webmasters online , it does not belong to a single person , but i think there was only one founder , for me he is the owner.
Mostly shareholders. Probably many that don't have a clue about how google works. They are just in it for the money. Kind of how google works and their plan, so I am guessing they like the share holders.
Yes, most people don't realize google only had one founder. Larry Page and Sergey Brin are actually the same person. He can change his appearance and clothes in an instant and move about with amazing speed. He is a mystical, magical creature. And people also don't realize that having a website online automatically gives you equity in Google. I'm making a comfortable living creating crappy websites and selling the resulting stock shares. That's why there's so many spam sites on the web, of course. Seriously, how many wrong answers does one question need. The answer to the original question is public information (public company, ya know...)
