I haven't used them 3 extensions personally but I might give them a look. I'd just like to recommend RSForm Pro (About €25 I think). Using this extension, you can build your own forms and implement them into your articles so that you can make your website more user friendly.
Since when did SH404SEF become paid plugin. I have not used Joomla for my sites for quite sometime but I have used it in the past and it was free at that time.
Does anyone know of any best practices on how to properly setup SH404SEF for maximum performance with SEO?
SH404Sef are very good however, if you use a with shopping cart checkout in ssl you will face some problem for the rest i'm think is the best option
