Buying directory submissions - but only paid for when listed

I am looking for directory submissions where I only pay if you get the site listed on a do follow page that shows cached in google.

I know many offer 500 submissions for $30 etc, I am expecting to pay more than this. But I am NOT interested in mass submissions that may or may not get approved 6 months later.

Equally I am not interested in paid for directory submissions at $30 per listing.

If only someone would step up to the plate and provide this service. Come on DPers surely someone can offer do follow indexed directory submissions where you get paid for results????
