My site is top10point5.com, I am having a hard time gaining traffic and increase the CTR. I have wrote a good 50 articles but I dont have alot of traffic. Any tips?
your articles should contain the keywords you want to rank for, that way search engines will conect the keywords with your articles and send traffic to it,(inside your articles you will have your site's adress)
I also want to ask for the same thing, how long our website can be indexed by Alexa, already 3 weeks since my website is still "No Data", anyone can help me?
gone are the days when you could write some good content and expect decent traffic.. now its all about the backlinking and seo.. just get the very versatile links form all over the article directories, bookmarks, rss, profile and link exchange..rank fro decent keyword and you will get what you need.. lots of traffic.
YOu have wrote or you have copied and pasted...because if you have wrote them, then definitely you should get traffic..Google loves unique and fresh content..try to build some quality backlinks also.
First upon your total focus in social networking sites and Social Bookmarking, Forum posting, Article Submission, But proper way like a targeted keywords and than may be traffic comes in your sites.
I'll repeat the advice I gave in other threads here... do a solid keyword research. Make a list of generic keywords related to your site (think "what keywords would my prospects use if they looked for my site?") then use those generic keywords in the Google keywords tool. Create content around the most popular keywords. If you have an advanced tool like Micro Niche Finder or Market Samurai, you can also get data on keyword competition. You should target keywords having at least 500-1000 monthly searches and less than 100,000 Google results for the exact match.
You need a original content on high quality backlinks. You should go blog commenting on dating popular sites and also put your site in your signature link.
Try guest blogging. That's an excellent way to get traffic to your site and get links. The links from a guest post are better recognized than links found in blog comments. Tips for guest blogging: 1. Write Good content, something that people can get some real, useful information from. 2. Write a compelling resource box that encourages a click to your site 3. Make sure the blog you're writing for is relevant to your topic and has some Google page rank.
All of the content are off the content are off the top off my head. I never copied and past, I just researched the things I need. Im not saying that Im not getting traffic because I do have 1,125 visitors and 13,000 pageviews. I just want to increase traffic. One of my articles is about #2 on google if you type in "MUST HAVE QUALITIES FOR WOMEN"
My site does not really have a particular niche, Its just top 10 things about everything so I dont know what keywords would be the best.
not trying to make you do the work for me but can you give me an example of a keyword. Top 10 I guess is the only one I can think off. My blog doesnt have a particular niche its about various topics and the top 10 things.
Well, I will say it is based on the database management system procedures. Google matches the words written in search box written by users in its databases (Which are normally websites) and displays the sites having all or some part of searched word. Different activities like on page and off page seo work increase the creditability of site and help site to rank higher.
You can increase traffic by finding high traffic sites and getting your links on them, ofcourse you must have compelling content for folks to visit you, and constantly updating your content and submitting to article directories, and leaving comments on blogs will help
