    The server is unmanaged, so you will need to hire an external company if you do not know how to setup/configure it.
    We will provide best-effort support for software issues.
    OVH will provide support in case of hardware damage or network issues.
    Most common tasks, such as reboots, reinstalls, etc can be done by yourself directly from OVH panel.
