    The real value of a website is determined by many different factors, but selling a site for just x4 its monthly revenue is too low. A site earning 100$/month can easily be sold at x7 at min, usually at x10 it's monthly revenue.

    I have got some sites earning this, but your price is too low.

    AdSense was disabled for now to avoid invalid clicks. From May 15 made $66 in May and $170 in June. Averages around $5-6 a day on about 150-200 UV a day.
    Fairly new site (about 2 month). Heavily promoted by viral video all over video web sites (example http://www.flixya.com/video/4123679/Legal-Trouble-Help-247365), Twitter (I use tweetattacks to bring targeted followers - about 800 followers now and growing) and submission to high PR web directories and forums.

    The price only $450 (because the web site is fairly new with no big history) through PayPal
