    You can sell websites for $1000 that are brand new but probably not a site with affiliate software. How can it be monetized - just Adsense?

    Not adsens only.. the site using affiliate software for convert word format file and to pdf.. if visitor download the software, that's trial only for a few day and if they need to used it full version, my link affilate has been put there for get 70% commission.
