Unfortuntely as netcat mentioned these are usualy chargebacks from CC companies, we can't control this as it's usually people scamming us or people using stolen credit cards...

@Everyone with FTP issues

We are experiencing some issues especially with ftp.eu.filesonic.com

Can you guys try ftp.us.filesonic.com and let me know if it's better

We are actively working on this with IT to resolve this manner ASAP.

US FTP also giving same problem hish

 

Both EU and US FTP channels are buggy. Checked one-two hours ago and now.

 

EU, US, Net , Com all the same porblem

 

.com works now for me ,.but slow

 

Site is slow today also remote upload has been stuck on pending for 5 hours.

 

Remote Upload start to upload but when say 100% (pending) this re-start again & very slow.

 

RU is pending from last 10 Hours!
Ftp upload and web upload giving many errors.Due to this it was hard to upload any file.
Downloading is super slow.Many of users cannot download my files.Many servers are dead.
Hish can you tell me whats going on?It was never happend like that before.

 

filesonic is completly slow, webpage, webupload, ftp, download and upload.

filesonic is online but its look like offline with this problems. its not possible to use filesonic atm -.-

EDIT: i can upload on eu ftp but for what? files dont move so its stupid to upload per ftp.

i hope this problems will solve fast

EDIT2: ok ftp is buggy, on uploading files connection disconnect-reconnect-disconnect-reconnect etc

Yes, I looked for forums to post on because many forums dont allow filesonic and thats really annoying lol. I found many nice forums, and Im trying my method on one forum first, but it looks like its gonna take a day or two more to test the method because I cannot finish the last upload because of the FTP issue .

 

I have question about upload problem..
when u fix problem with upload, u will inform us about it here on forum or maybe on main site fS?
im asking because im kinda tired of trying upload evry 30-40min to see over and over errors

and atm its like 9 or more hours problems

eu ftp worked for ~1 hour now its again not possible to upload and i have still files on pending in ftp list, since 20 hours now -.-

 

weird...i tried few times upload in last 1 hour and i had still errors..and u saying its worked

i tried -its started- uploaded like depends 10-50mb..and boom error..

 

Upload issues are still on going we are working on it and will inform you here when we have an update.

hey not 30k, 300k boards....

Just the txt file is 12 Mb large

 

From USA ISP; Filezilla:
ftp.filesonic.com -- 400MB file, successful transfer.
ftp.us.filesonic.com--1GB file, successful transfer.
Hope others have same success!

EDIT: That includes showing up in file manager.
