How to upload new themes for Wordpress.

    I want upload new templates to WordPress, how do i do it? I have WordPress free account.
    I want use WordPress for get "WordPress WXR export file", because of i want convert WordPress themes to blogger.

    Hi ,

    For Upload one should login to Ftp web site /wordpressroot/wp-content/themes/

    you must Upload Folder template in "themes" folder

    Just upload it into wp-content/themes/

    or else

    just login as admin and try to add new theme from there, instead of uploading again

    is very easy.. Create WP Theme First and Upload your theme in WP-content/themes/ folder... and activate your theme from WP-ADMIN in appearance.

    Well, you can not upload a theme in wordpress.com
    You need to have hosted wordpress for that.

    He said he is using a free wp acct.
    Go to themes and then add themes.

    yes ! go to the admin panel > appearances > install themes > then either select the themes they are giving , OR u'll see a upload option just below the install theme button ! u can upload your theme in .zip file from there !
