Name it... About.com Answers.com Ciao.co.uk, Reviewcentre.com, brothersoft.com, and even ehow.com is some of the authority sites which significantly impacted by the latest Google Panda (a.k.a. farmer) update. Long before this Panda update, many online marketer and blogger can build links easily using article submission strategy. Now the question is? Will article submission strategy still effective? In my opinion, they're still viable method, but you need to create an informative content (better than readable content). EzineArticles already change their submission rules to even more strict, in order to minimize the low quality content. Rather than that, I prefer submitting the articles to article directory which has manual approval. This is important, since we don't want our link came from low quality sites. An article submitter is (I thought) also a bad idea nowadays, just submit it manually. What else? Anyone want to share their thoughts?
The major article sites are focusing on better content. Yes, article marketing is still effective; but you have to put a little more effort into it and make higher quality articles.
Article marketing will still remain a possibility for those of you that are on a shoe string/no budget but you have to ensure that the articles are unique and of a high quality, placed onto a high quality site. Panda was to reduce the poor content and duplicate content ranks mostly.
Spun content posts still can hold to any kind of updates if you follow the correct method of spinning. Even before the panda update came, since last two years we have been using the sentence level spinning method as we were quite sure that the synonym level spinning is already being done by robots and search engines being a better brainy robot, it was time it caught up with that kind of strategy and see where we are today with two panda updates and lots of lost rankings and deindexed article sites. At sentence level spinning, human intervention is a must and there is no robot available for it neither will something of that sort come up in near future, so this kind of spinning can never raise a red flag with search bots and it will stay fresh forever and you will or your sites will never get affected with such posts or contents, at least not in the near future. This post here goes a great deal in explaining and showing how correctly done article marketing is succesful even after panda update
Spun content is okay, as long as it's informative and unique. Sure it still needs human intervention, you cannot just spun and submit the article everywhere...
Unique and useful article and content is the bread and butter of the WWW. From my perspective, SEO and link building have to do with how you market/use/maximize the unique content that you have.
Interesting. So, are you saying that it is advisable to re-write (am I right?) our articles MANUALLY?
If any one think about Google Panda or research on Google Panda.Google Panda more focus on unique content so we create more unique and fresh content.
