    $875 per month is ridiculous. I could pay that much to buy a pr7 domain myself. Thanks for the offer but I will not be buying your text ad.

    A text ad is not worth much for a high alexa site. It doesn't offer the advertiser any value. If you seriously want to sell ad space I recommend at least giving away a nice chunk of banner space.
