please check the stats are not updating right

 

Yes, sales number down for me too. But I think FS calculate well, and the reason is that when they have problem (slow downloads, don't open download pages, etc.) there are less sales for everyone, because people don't want to buy a premium account from a company, where there are technical problems. I checked and download speeds are slow and there are other problems. For example I get a message in a forum, that one of my FS download link doesn't work. I checked, and unfortunately they are right, s252 is dead at the moment, please fix it!

I have no idea if the stats are having problems.

My problem is I CANT UPLOAD AT ALL. Again lost a day with trying to upload a single file.

First the upload doesnt start at all. After +/- 6 or so attempts it starts and ..... NOT IN MY FOLDER. More attempts, more disappointment. I tried to upload the same file 3 times hoping some server is willing to accept the file.

Im looking at this image now for about 5 hours. It doesnt change.

To test the file itself I uploaded it to Oron, Wupload, Megaupload and yes even to Rapidshare. All these filehost had NO trouble with the file.

Pls. some advice from Filesonic tech team. Is it my connection, is it Filesonic or am I just an idiot who cant upload a single file.

I use as I told before Google Chrome, The file comes from my HD, I have a 50Mb/s connection.

I read some posts now about the sales thingy...
I think that's just normal, one day some sales one day not...
Can happen... I had some days where I made just a single sale...

Me personally was a lucky guy for the last 4 days
37 sales in total

i think that they would go with the bad upload tool or perhaps the remote upload tool for images.

Finally it is fixed, these errors on the file sites are starting to piss me off I might make a permanent switch to filepw.com at this rate. Sheesh! I feel almost like they are shaving.

Anyone can upload via FTP ? I used FlashFXP & tried with two add: ftp.eu.filesonic.com & ftp.filesonic.com but still getting error: permission denied when uploading via FTP.

Started a couple hours ago. Still no resolution.

 

Yes also the same problem for me. I start ftp transfer and in middle of it suddenly transfer keeps stopping giving error. Also i can not upload from web site.

 

FTP have no more space becouse the files dont move to the servers.

i hope hish fix them fast, its not possible to upload anything becouse webupload is extrem slow and by big files its cancel the upload befor its finish. -.-
