Didn't you have a high school science class? They tought the Scientific Method there. Scientists do not run around "uncovering the truth", they make an educated guess based on a set of facts, then they spend their entire lives trying to disprove that assertion and or (hypothesis). Not the other way around. I'm not sure those are insults. Same here. For me it was 5 years ago, and re-affirmed by the birth of my son. Wanna become an athesist? Grow up Catholic.
