    Well you have a point there, without customers we won't have any profits. But to compete with others we must also gain much exposure so traffic is indeed important also.

    Build a strong and solid relationship with your customers. Follow up with offers that could interest them. Treat your customers as if they were your closest buddies. Relationship marketing is where its at right now.
