    Frontpage on doteasy?

It's easy...upload the entire wordpress file onto your server (yes, even the wordpress folder). This now means that you will find your file at yourdomain.com/wordpress

Edit the config file with your mySQL info and then install at yourdomain.com/wordpress

    Login at yourdomin.com/wordpress/wp-admin

If you need help or would like me to install it, just contact me ;)

Don't use frontpage. Just upload everything with FTP.

WordPress is probably the most-easy-to-install script ever! hahaha...

    In a nutshell:
    1. Create your mySQL db.
    2. Modify your wp-config.php (you can do this in notepad!, no need for frontpage)
    3. Dump everything up your server
    4. Access your blog and follow 2 steps!

It doesn't matter if your if your host is doteasy or what. If you have FTP access, and your mySQL login credentials, its the same process

The original WordPress Installation instructions here.

BTW, are they still providing WordPress 1.5 from the tutorial page? 2.0.4 is just released.... 8 hours ago. Download it here.

Thanks to everyone that helped with this question. I have finally figured it out thanks to your help. I know what ftp means and does, I know the difference between ftp client and server. I am always glad to learn something new. You might just make a web techie out of me soon.

Special thank you to Yinten and Cy.

    Thanks again.
