Why does everbody have links to aviva and alive directory?

Hi, i was just wondering why does some users have in their signatures links to aviva directory and alive directory? I have links to my site, not to other ones...

Well, thats it. Ill be happy if someone with a link to this directories in their signatures replies.

Hey, my Aviva Web Directory and Alive Web Directory sig links haven't made me squat yet. What's the deal with that?

 

More important than why the signatures are there is, Why we get a new thread with this question almost everyday?

 

It is becuase owner of Alive (Chris) and owner of Aviva(Jeff) purchased alot of sig links etc.
