Hi everyone, this is all new to me so any suggestions and opinions is greatly appreciated. I would like to get some feedback from anyone who is familiar with edirectory script vs meeplce script. Likes and dislikes of either scripts? As far as customization, which script would be easier to work with? Since I have no programming skills, which script do you think would be easier for me to find a programmer for as well.

I have never heard of meeplace and the fact that there is an error on their demo site, I would have to say edirectory.
I have heard good things about edirectory.
Check this one out, I plan to use it myself next. http://www.esyndicat.com/
What ever you do stay away from PHPLD it sucks.

Not everyone is going to agree on that from the Returning phpLD Customer to the many thank you notes we receive. (and even more)

It's unfortunate when things go wrong for one of our customers, and we try to help people to the best of our ability. We're sorry if you had a bad experience, and if there is something that we could still solve for you, we hope you will tell us more about it in our forums or support ticket section so we can turn the situation around.

    Best wishes!

eDirectory is by far the best and most sophisticated directory script, its not your normal directory scripts, its more like a business directory script, you can use it for a city portal and many other purposes. there is one more script similar to edirectory, but iam totally forgetting its name.
