Use your logo on his website?
Do you mean you designed a logo for him and he is using it without paying you?
Or do you mean he is using your company's or product's logo on his site without permission?

I'm afraid digital point can not do much for you in that case. They usually do not get involved in situations like this..
The best (or worst) you can do is leave him a negative feedback, so others can see it before doing business with him. Didn't you watermark your mockup? I feel for ya mate.

Yes, you do have the option of filing a Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice against the site owner.

If you have MSN or GTalk, I can walk you through the process for free. :)

Well, if you have the copyright of your design, you can file a complaint against him to your local authorities. It takes a court order to shutdown a site so you will have to file a case in his country and provide your copyright documents and other evidences.

Mate, it doesn't worth it if there not a lot of money involved..

A DMCA Notice to his webhost could really work wonders... it often does.

    2 things,
    1) DMCA is a US law so hardly works outside the US. It will work if his site is hosted in any US based datacenter.
    2) Feizar has to have copyright of his design in order to file a DMCA complaint.

But it worth a try, though... If his site is hosted by some shitty web host, sending a DMCA notice may prompt them to shut down his hosting account.. If it happens, it would be fun.

Lol just move on, for christ sakes and forget about it. Your wasting time crying about it, just take it as a cost of doing business. There are a few bad apples in a basket, but that's life.

Work is automatically copyrighted per US law as soon as you produce it. It's not necessary to actually apply for copyright in order to be able to protect your work under the DMCA. Additionally, DMCA was implemented as a result of two treaties of the World Intellectual Property Organization. Such notices will often yield results in other countries because A) A number of countries acknowledge intellectual property laws and copyright. B) Most hosting companies will understand your argument and validate your claim. C) A lot of hosting companies get scared of legal documents.

All of that aside, for all we know the offender's site might be hosted in the United States.
I think it's worth a shot to write up a quick notice and send it to the abuse e-mail of the hosting company.

If it works, it works. If it does not, then he only wasted a small bit of time.

Agreed, and as I said, it worth a try. Would be fun to watch his site going down, at least for a while.. Any kind of revenge is sweet.

I think using DMCA would be complicated, but it's worth the try.

Usually you should be able to "feel" a scam before it actually takes place;but sometimes it's hard to give it up,especially when you need to work or the price is high.Next time pay more attention so the greedy scammers don't stand a chance.
