    Hi I am selling one of my main sites, listed above.

    The site is still new but has very high potential.

    Well, I have'nt monetized this site yet, since I want to sell it here right now

    Index, backlinks, and alexa will increasing daily, because it has been settled with pyramid backlinks

    The page rank of site is 5, and I believe it worths more than my reserve price if you know how to monetize it..

    Reason for sale: Need money for further investment.

    Do you have any traffic stats? Can you prove that you are not banned from adsense by placing G adsense on your site for a few days?

    i'm afraid i cant give traffic proof. the visitors are not too much, as you can see the details above. :)

    yes, i can placing G adsense on it for a proof that my site is not banned from adsense, if you have placed any bid. I'm sorry, i want to see if you are a serious buyer

    after you place your bid i will place my adsense on zeltrans.com as a proof. otherwise, you shouldn't pay me if i cannot show you that proof

    Just going off the last comment, can you confirm whether or not the domain name is included in this sale, as pr pretty much rests on the domain name.... No domain name, No PR
