    It depends if the site is receiving revenue or not. If it's not receiving revenue, I've seen sites go for $10 before with little or no PR.

    $10 would be good, because it's like getting it for the price you would pay for a new domain. It really depends, $10 maybe the bare minimum, and the rest of the price depends on if it really helps you what you want to get done, and how much time/money it saves you. I would buy a 1995 registered PR1 domain for $250 without asking anything else. :)
