Recently, we are preparing some changes in our eshop www.Silver.Ag . Please give me your idea how to improve the eshop, what do you like/unlike on it (design+functions+other). Thank you very much.
I have to agree with moonwalker, it's way too dark; I like the color scheme but the top is grey so the body should be grey as well. The functionality of the shopping cart is brilliant though, it looks really nice.
Yep, with white background it'll be so PERFECT! Another thing - the favicon - I suggest just put an "S" there without any "AG"
The ovarall look of the website is good, Here are a couple of suggestions: 1. make the logo stand out more or get a nice header with the logo and sparkling images 2. make the font, and the headings, stand out much more 3. using photoshop you can make the images stand out much more All the best
I checked the website, the logo for branding is not that visible. Your Title tags need improvement because it is what search engines sees initially so add some keywords on it, not just rings, jewelry, etc. Your Contact link should be visible on the upper area of the website. For the background color, I understand that to enhance the images of the jewelry, you picked black but I think it's too gloomy for the site. Try a white background for the whole site and then black for the images. I'm sure, it will stand out.
1) Very nice Jewels icon / images, but it would look much better if you have white background. Please visit templatemonster.com to search for eCommerce or shop or store template and most of them has white background and they look better. 2) .css that makes square around the jewels that is wonderful and looks nice too. 3) why do you have only one Jewell in red back ground? 4) Meta tag suggestion: please always keep title, description and keyword meta tag on top of all other meta tags so it's better for search engines and visitors too see what you site about or title? 5) in your robots.txt file you have: User-agent: * Sitemap: http://www.silver.ag/sitemaps_google.xml suggestion: please change file name to sitemap.xml because many search engine will only look for that file and SE will think that you don't have sitemap.xml file. Good luck in your new design.
Thank you very much for help. Some small changes (mainly in cart) already under implementing. No major change (white color) in plan. Awaiting more opinions. Thank you in forward.
