They never post the whole content of your sites. SO it can't be complete duplicate as they have many other content and also get fast indexed, may be before your actual content got indexed.

Having quality content doesn't assures you that you can get a high pagerank. There are a lot of factors that can affect your PR ratings.

Guess all you need to do is bookmark your pages at social bookmarking sites then. If that happens to be the case then google really isn't doing a very good job. Anyone could just bookmark whatever and get loads of pagerank. I swear sometimes google does a good job, and other things they are just dumb.
I'm not sure how accurate is that because at one point or another, number of links still represent part of their search engine ranking factor. Maybe nowadays having unique content seem to give the site extra boost.
This so true. As a SEO, I build both great original content ( about 5-10 blog posts a day) and slowly building up some good backlinks. My question does it matter how long the content is? Like, does it matter if the content is a 100 words or 500?

How can Google tell if it's "quality" content? Unique yes, still can be unique but not of good quality.
Content is a king. But not necessary because it hard to figure out when you already do your best for your content and not competitor to compare with. That why they need do focus both which not only and content and backlink as well.
