    I have PR2 and PR3 domains w/ websites. Your budget is a little off however. Is there any way you would adjust for sites earning already?

    A PR3 is worth way more than $30 if the name is any good.
    Go to an auction site and look for ones that expired.

    I agree with Billwynee.
    I"m currently sleling off some sites for a vacation however.

    36 sites with pagerank for a BIN of $3200. It's more than your budget but I think it fits what you need with excess.
