The most common reason for not being included in the Google index is not having any links pointing to your domain from other domains. Do you have at least 2 or 3 backlinks?

The site looks good but you need to get to work on seo. This is the way for you to build content and links. Without some form of seo then your site will not be able to compete.

Agreed. This video at the Site/Review session at Google I/O 2010 conference probably answers about 80% of the questions you see on DP regarding SEO. Very helpful and recommended for Newbies like myself. :)

I think what you have to do is to update your site content with fresh content and promote it. Search engines specially google like fresh and unique content. So, start you content creation.

IS there any wordpress guru about? My site won't become indexed because of a http URL crawl error,403, sometype of logout function, the error is like url is like.../wp-login.php?action=logout&_wpnonce=[logoutcode] , this is simple what's preventing my site from been indexed... maybe need to add some type of follow on, or remove the function from the theme files, I'm only guessing...

3 years old site is "too young"? how many years old consider "old enough" to get indexed huh?

Make sure the site is up and running. Add Google webmaster tools. Add Google Analytics. Add inbound links from other "frequently updated" sites. Submit your site to Google. Wait for few days. Your site will be index. Well it was my experience when I launch a new site.
