    j0opre - I prefer your second design - http://i677.photobucket.com/albums/vv137/j0opre/dp/flsitestshirt03.jpg

** I like the front design that has the flsites.com across the chest. I prefer than rather than just having a small logo on the corner of the T-shirt.
** change a different design behind the flsites.com - it looks like there no consistency on how those squares landed on there.
** also change the letters to be orange - use the blue and orange combination because it gives more appeal to the a black t-shirt.
** Please change the font. not big on it.

    The back design
** the design on the back is too plain, again use color orange to pop the design.
** i dont like the background effects on the logo
** not a fan of the texts as well.

    katesrobyn
** the globe is way too big on the shirt.
** you dont have to use the globe that much.. it its on the bottom of the shirt, then its fine
** As stated I like the front design to be on the chest as well.
** I like the back where is it just the texts of website design, internet marketing, then the website... put some artistic view on it just to spice it up.

Miranda K. - Thanks for the entry, below are some feedback
    FONT DESIGN
    ** I prefer your 2nd work
** I like the front design on the chest but I am not a fan of the globe with bars. I also don't like the lines going underneath the globe. I don't really know what that means or should mean.
** I like how you used the colors that is neat.
** I wonder if you get rid of the globe bars and the lines... keep the logo where it is but just add text next to it that will say "Website Design and Internet Marketing"
** I like how you have a different color for the "FL" and also for the "sites"

    BACK DESIGN
** I like where the back design is at.
** I am not a fan of the image behind the globe
** I also dont like the use of different fonts of the Website Design and Online Marketing Firm

Miranda K. - thanks for the entries but the design , i feel like is just not there. The placement of the texts are just not doing it for me.
j0opre - i like the placing of the designs but not a fan of the font and also the super colored boxes behind the t-shirt.

sorry guys just really different from what my samples are.

Miranda - thanks for the try but the fonts are just not consistent. its too wordy. I think you can make some of them smaller. Also you are just cutting and pasting the texts and logo, i need more of a design out of the t-shirt to show we are creative.

Raconner - I am not a fan of the font on the front. the splash effect is cool but there there yet. I also like to see the website design and internet marketing on the front even if its tiny. On the back the letters were too hard to read.

    1) If you said anything other than "I don't like this. I don't like that", maybe someone could give you a decent design. Ever thought of constructive commenting? This is why spec work is ridiculous.
    2) You keep saying you want your company to prove how creative they are.. but you're not creative enough to make your own shirt design.
    3) The logo you gave us to work with is pretty much a joke--you won't be creating a masterpiece with that any time soon.
    4) the text on the front of my shirt is the same as the back not sure how you can like one and not the other--what do you want, comic sans?

To be honest, I can't believe the amount of people here who are going out of their way to blindly make specific changes for something as vague as your responses.
I suggest if you are going to be as picky as you are, you settle down with one designer and go through the process like you should instead of trying to crowdsource perfection. You can either choose my design as is and pay the cash for that design, convince one of these other guys to publicly meander to your every whim, or you can contact me privately to discuss working on specific changes.

    Best of luck,

    Aaron C.

raconnor... thanks for the feedback... as you can see I sent sample t-shirts of what I like with the concept in general and none of the designs even gets close to those.
These designs are just cut and paste from the logo and then maybe manipulation of the texts.

If I don't get any designs soon, I will close the contest and just open it on a different site. Thanks!

Maybe you're joking; I dunno. Maybe you're one of the guys who want to take someone else's design, say it's not good enough because you don't want to pay, and then use their design anyway. Regardless, what you're saying for criticism makes no sense.

I agree that there are a few designs here that are just 'cut and paste' and then add some text. But isn't that what you asked for? You said the logo may not be changed (but honestly, it should be deleted. Have you not seen that logo lately? Horrid.) because it is the identity of the company. In other words "cut and paste it". Then you said you wanted some text on it, and not much else. That's what you are getting.

If you look at the shirt 'inspiration' you posted, they are nothing more than free, standard text pasted over logos. In one case, there isn't even a logo; just a badly crafted tribal. In another, there is just text. JUST TEXT! If all you are saying is that you want "large text", then just say that. You came here wanting a shirt design. And that's what we have given you. Don't renig on your contest just because you aren't 100% satisfied with the results--that's the chance you took.

My design has the silly logo on it, some text, and a little abstract vector that was custom made for this shirt on it. I'm sure all the entries submitted took time to create. Some people obviously have more grasp on design than others, and a few know more about shirt design than others--but nonetheless, don't start posting "feedback" as your way of belittling people's work here. You knew what you were getting in to when you said you were posting a contest. There was a chance that none of the designs were going to be what you wanted. THIS IS SPEC WORK! Do you not understand that?

If you wanted to sit down with someone and design the shirt to your perfect specifications with tons of reworks then you should hire a designer. Graphic design is a process that takes time. It's not just a matter of sitting on the computer, pounding at the keyboard and mouse, and voila! A design appears! If someone like you is going to take the time to ask for a specific design, one that has minute details to be changed without even giving clear direction, then you need to choose a designer that you can talk with. How can you have a clear focus of what you want and then expect 8 people to do it? They'll all create something different.

That's why designers have portfolios. You look at their portfolio, judge their skill and style, and then decide if you want to hire them or not. And after you hire them, you can get a one-on-one conversation with them and talk specifics about your design and you PAY THEM FOR THEIR TIME.

But you post here with some disillusioned sense of what to expect from crowdsourcing and then are shocked by the results to the point that you will waste everyone's time? Look at all the entries here. What were these people doing? They were working because you said there is a chance they might get paid. And now you're saying that you will just close the contest and go elsewhere? That's a good joke, friend. If you're going to open a crowdsourcing contest, you should know that you might have to pay for subpar results. Starting a 'competition' and then saying you are just going to close it should not be an option.

You want gigantor text? Here you go. Doesn't get bigger than this.

and maybe due to the post of raconnor some designers just decide to PM me their designs. :)

Raconner, you seem like a new poster here in DP and don't even have any feedback score. We have certain rules here and that is you DONT vent on the forum.
Please go somewhere else considering I didn't like any of your cut and paste designs.
