I'm seeing video games / a biker gang / or a bar site on there. Forums should be deleted, to many warez and torrent links. They get punished by Google.

I'm thinking gamer clan. Being a recognized word, the value will be decent, but unless there is a good amount of traffic and the search engines rank it well, I can't imagine it being too valuable.
