i sent you PM, i work now on wupload and that the honest truth, i worked on filesonic a month agao, but stoped becuase the low sales, no i want back on filesonic too, if you chosen not to share with me your document no hard felings thats ok, but what i am saying is the truth so please dont acuse me of makeing acounts and acounts like a scammer ok?

 

Is there a way to see if a ref is active or not?
Because I'll let ban those dudes who just made an account for getting the document!

 

Hi i'm a member of filesonic and i have a big problem , two days ago i haved 900+files and storage used 350Gb , and today i have 356 files and 82Gb storage.
Three day's ago my Premium membership expired , and yesterday I take it again premium , for this cause they delete me 600+ files? can anyone explain me what is going on ? please support of filesonic team explain me what happened with my account.

and doesn't get any mail wich says that those files are deleted..

 

belive me i will be the moust active if you send me the document, i will try my best evrey day to get sales and be active!

Hey Hish!

One of my referrals have a seriously problem...his premium is expired about 2-3 days,today he upgraded again,but his 600 files are gone.
This is so sad....

Why you delete the files immediately after the premium is expired?Even Fileserve have a grace period of 1-2weeks before deleting the files.

Fully agree with marhahajcs, there should a grace period of at least 1-2 weeks before the "execution". (To be honest 1 month sounds so natural.... whatever... 1-2 days is a shame)

 

I met with this problem too some months ago when I was new at FileSonic. I bought a 1 month premium and I got an information (subsequently turned out wrong) from a forum that when my Premium expired there will start again the "after 30 days without download : delete" rule. But after some days my Premium expired lots of file was delete (not DMCA) and I was lucky that I realized in time, so quickly I brought another Premium. So if you don't want to lose none of your files, then you have to hold your account type in Premium continuously.

 

yea it's bad , now i stay and refresh and refresh this forum to see an answer of Hish or a support Member from filesonic team..

I dont think Filesonic is deletinng files when a user gets degraded to a non-premium account...

Can you check your DMCA section?
You must got an information when they were deleted (email)

Just wait some time, it's maybe a server issue!
You could also expand your non-premium account to a PREMIUM!!

When they're back it wa a premium issue...
I would buy a premium!

My account now is premium 2 day i was basic ( i'm student and 2 days i was verry busy with my road to home .. to get all the stuff ..bla bla .. and didn't have a computer to upgrade my account )

well Guli's response leaves no doubt that marisaft files were deleted due to non-payment.
I am afraid that once delted, files cannot be recovered.

 

Ru from wupload to filesonic is again down.Can you fix it hish!

Hey Maverick, Hish usually has a set time when he logs in here... I think he will start dealing with your issue in the first instance.

No,its not a DMCA problem....if your files got deleted about DMCA,the deleted files need to listed in removed files section of your account.
As you say,on removed files list you have 0 files.

please make some changes ,coz i dont want more flustrated referrals.Its not fair to delete the files,imediatelly after the premium expires.

I did not sleep well but i dont anyway,will just wait for the fiesonic team to help me which i know they will.I ve just got to be patient.
