Loading Pages to Inform AdSense?

I have a couple thousand articles that I added to my database, but I didn't load them in a browser yet.

I want to, because I understand that informs AdSense of a new page it needs to crawl in order to determine the content and the type of ads it should show on that page.

However, I don't want AdSense to think I'm trying to get some eCPM.

If I do load all of the articles, will AdSense think I'm trying to get some eCPM?

Should I go ahead and load the pages?

I don't know why it would think that if you're not clicking on any ads....Oh, wait, I get it now. But I don't think it should be a problem. I visit my own site all the time. I just wouldn't do it all at once!

There are thousands of pages I want to load, maybe I could do a hundred a day.

Just make it do one article every 20 seconds.
    Google probably wont mind that.

It's okay, viewing the ad without clicking it makes the eCPM fall, not rise.

Not really, to my understanding when image ads are being shown advertisers have to pay $x.xx amount per 1000 impressions. But no, google shouldent have any problem at all with you looking at your own pages.

It's against google TOS to artificially inflate the number of impressions because google are less suspicious of low eCPMs...
