    yes brother. this is real one word domain name. no any dash, numeric or any other miss spelled, any one can remember this domain name. so people can easily star there business with this domain name.

    in naked domain there is no issue of page rank at all. yes, if you are selling your domain name with content or selling full website then pr is obviously matter..

    But when domains with the name unsize.org, net etc are available for $10 why will people buy your domain for $15000? and further cant one buy several PR domains or websites if they have a budget of $15000?

    Its not my view. I am sure all will agree with me. Imagine i have a budget of $15000. why will I or anyone buy your brand new domain for $15000 when i can buy $50 worth 300 PR2 or PR3 domains? or i could have bought a few $$$$ worth sites with a revenue of 100s of dollars each day.

    You may fix for $50 at the most and give a try. but still i doubt whether anyone will buy a brand new domain for $50 when they can buy a older domain with a good PR for $50.

    agree with you my friend.. but many people are looking for just brand domain name. if you want to generate revenue from website then your view is completely right, you should buy ready made content website with some good page rank and not should invest that much.

    see many of naked domain people are buying in what price. http://www.greatdomains.com/ , see under recently sold section..

    I saw that most of the domains sold at http://www.greatdomains.com are having a PR and only a few brand new domains are sold for a fat sum. Just because a handful of people buy such domains it doesn't mean that all domains like unsize.com can fetch you a huge sum. Of course, some people are lucky and you may be one of them. So you may try your luck. Good luck!!
