Need a pro to check the coding of my new WordPress blog

I'm only a rookie with all this but when I used the HTML and CSS checker it turned up all sorts of errors. I've no idea what they mean but I hear it's bad for Google rankings. Any advice with regards to the structure and optimization of the site will be greatly appreciated.
I'm using a fairly modified theme so I'm guessing the errors are stemming from my inexperience and ignorance.

Damn it so it doesn't work with Internet Explorer at all. What kind of abomination is this?

OK, not sure what the problem is then, it works for me on both firefox and chrome. Maybe it's a rogue plugin or the template itself. Thanks for giving it a go though!

IE explorer is the abomination. I don't know how they could do something so poorly, every time, being the default browser. You'd think they would have mercy on us and use the same-to-similiar standards that mozilla and chrome and safari use. No clue why they have to be so different.

Cool! One of my other softwares WP Traffic Tools has the same features and many more. If you have an extra 30.00 in your budget it's definitely an upgraded solution!
