Hey! I want to make a general portal for my country. The idea is somewhat similar to Yahoo or MSN portal which provide multiple services. Of course i wont be able to provide email accounts or hosting etc. I plan to include features such as news, weather (via rss), some classified ads.. can you please suggest me some similar services which i can include in my portal. If you're targeting tourist, you might want to include places to stay, information on what they could do on your city. Local news, local events or activities, etc.
traffic information and also accident all that you can get from a police portal where they announce this stuff.
I disagree, most people using these types of sites look for the types of info' already mentioned. News, weather, traffic, etc.
