Adsense $5 for 5 clicks Reduced to $3 within 2 hours - Google Cheating ?

Hi,
I am not sure why is it happening. have notices it earlier too.

Today, one of my sites got 5 clicks and my earning for these 5 clicker was above $5.
and then after 2 hours when I check, then there was total 6 clicks (236 impression) but earning was $3.56 .

1- Why the earning was reduced. I never touched my ads and all were genuine clicks.
2- How Google will charge to its advertiser for those clicks ( its not my business, still curious).

ZOMG!! Google is cheating its users! You must file a class action lawsuit!

 

I've seen some days where I would check my balance and there was $7 or more in there, then I would check about an hour later and there was only $1. I think it might be something to do with their invalid click policy or something like that.

 

when you see the earnings, it says estimated earnings meaning the actual pay can be adjusted anytime later. also take into consideration that invalid clicks will be taken off and the pay for those clicks will be reversed. just keep driving your traffic and let google do the math. i'm sure they have a pretty good calculator

 

I experienced the same over the last month more than ever before.

In fact, because of this strange now you're up and now you're down battle my average earnings declined by about 30%

I don't see how a click can be invalid if it wasn't me that clicked it..

 

this happens because of click fraud policy of google they sometime think that few clicks are not valid so they adjust the payment

 

This is why google said "ESTIMATED EARNINGS" and at the last of month, all valid earning are transferred to "FINALIZED EARNING"

 

Are you sure you checked the earnings for the same day? If you check earnings at midnight, you might get surprised.

 

its because of estimated earnings and finalized earnings...

 

Google would never cheat anyone , only we guys wants to cheat google to earn some extra bucks from adsense. Isn't it ?

 

you can not claim while $5 was estimated earning.

 

This has never happened to me, I guess thats why they say "Estimated Earnings".

First, How can I measure that user are making invalid clicks .. I am sure that they are not my friend or relatives. I know the Google policy.

yes, it may be true that it is difference of estimated and Final earning.

 

Yes... It was on same day.

 

Not everyone want to cheat Google as you can not make earning for a long time by cheating Google.

I don't think Google is cheating. I believe they're honest company. Isn't that normal that every click is not the same?
