Just register at Google webmaster and verify your domain.
They will send you a reason that why your domain was banned. Give them a satisfactory answer and your domain will be unbanned.

But Google will treat your domain with suspicion in future.

I'm sorry, I have register this domain at Google webmaster and verify it about a years a goo.
today I'm register it with new account, but I dont delete this domain on my old account.
they dont send me a reason that why my domain was banned.

am I must delete it first then re-register it??

    Hi Sungank,

I have gone through the Google search for your website "bitofcloud.com" I can see that it is penalized by Google. I would suggest you few steps to follow to un-penalized your site from Google.

    1) Change your DNS Settings (Change your website IP address/web hosting)
    2) Add Fresh Content on the home page
    3) Submit XML Sitemap
    4) Try to build quality and relevant back links which can attract Google's crawler very often.

I hope this will help you.

    best of luck!

we have encountered the same problem before.. we've already submit the site a year ago then verify, plus the ranking is good, then suddenly we can find it over the google search.. but you can find it in yahoo. what we did is we dispatched email to google admin.

Yes, you can file a reconsideration request. Before filing the request, wipe out all the black hat things from your site for which your website is banned.

You can try to send reconsideration request from your old Google account. But it's just about 10% (my own experience) that your site will be unbanned

Yeah I heard a similar story before and he sent 2 - 3 letters to google before he got his sites back. But I guess it's all depend on the reason why you got banned in the first place

It's depend on "wowow, what I'm loooking for... I don't like it"... there is no real reason about your site
