As for remote upload... we passed 20K + users using it at once a LONG time ago!

While there is a bit of a lag between the file showing "Finished" in FTP client and showing up in your Wupload account, they should be there!

@wupload - any chance of adding neteller as a payout method?

 

Firefox here. You mentioned clearing all Wupload cookies and retrying at your post at WJ, but that step doesnt do anything. What I know of is that it seems to be affecting certain premium members only and not free members if I'm not mistaken

 

I've tried using 3 different browsers, clearing all cookies and cache .. the "502 Bad Gateway" still exists and still has been for the past 48hours.

i tried using Firefox 4, 5 and google chrome

 

We do (or I do) - I upload to my server then ru to wherever I need it.

 

2 days with error 502 gateway.
dead site.

 

To summarize the 502 bad gateway error: it specifically affects some premium accounts. It is not browser related nor IP related. Remote upload will work fine if you create a new free user account using the same browser. I already tried in 4 different browsers (IE, chrome, opera, firefox) and different ip and different computers. The results are the same. Premium account: 502 bad gateway error, Free account, remote upload functioning well (Haven't tried another premium account). The problem is clearly at wupload end because it is too account specific.

hmm how come everybody except me seems to be having this issue with 502 gateway errors....
must be everybody else's issue not wupload as it's fine for me

 

@B3No - I upload from a server I rent and do not use other file hosts as a source - im one of the people who upload properly - you know the kind of person who supplies these mass remote uploaders...

I'm happy that yours is working but most of us are getting frustrated.
