Best VCC to make paypal payments

    I want to buy stuff online using paypal.
    i Dont have a credit card but can open account in a bank and use VCC
    i want to know if i can make payments on sites like ebay.com using VCC

    if Yes
    then i want to know which is the best bank for it

    Yes, you can make payment on sites like ebay.com using VCC.
    HDFC, Kotak Banks are good choice to get VCC making cards.

    is the VCC you are talking about reloadable?

    can it convert the paypal balance to money inside the VCC to be used for payments?

    No, you cannot.
    PayPal balance cannot be used to fund VCC.

    Few Things about VCC:
    -------------------------------
    1) You use your bank account fund to fund VCC.
    2) VCC can be used for single transaction.
    3) VCC should be used within 24 hours of its creation.
    4) Unused amount of VCC will return to your banck account in 2-5 days.

    so if you have a balance in paypal that you want to use but can't be withdrawed then what will be the solution?

    Indian Banks issued VCC are not reloadable.
    You have to use the Indian VCC within 24 hours and it is one time. You can not fund from PayPal account to this type VCC. These are one time use VCC.

    However, reloadable VCC exists in other country services. And some reloadable VCC can be loaded directly with PayPal fund if your paypal account allow card withdrawal.

    Best way use USA Vcc. 1 year Expire paypal allow all USA Bank account and VCC.they dont create problem.sometime create a problem for Indian Vcc.so if it us vcc will high price but you paypal will safe.

    buy the avs vcc for longer vcc (8 years) instead of just for 3 months or one year
