but three hour ago, the RU is working well and I successful upload 10 -15 file.

after 26 hours i still cant access RU.. still getting 502 Bad Gateway error..

 

You must have been remote uploading like crazy. Have you tried making a new account just to see if it is not a browser or IP problem but something specific to just a few accounts?

 

Remote upload is Ok at this moment.

From users at 750 GB storage?

 

It is probably not the storage but amount of remote uploads done in the past few days. Maybe they think bots were uploading due to sheer number or size?

 

It's not about the upload, but the page for the remote at large
Premium accounts will not be displayed.

And the general upload is slow!

The error is large for premium customers a lot more serious!

The small errors in torque are less important.
