Wow, I thought we had a deal blade. I drew up the contract, you approved it, I signed it and sent it to you and you never responded to it or any follow up emails.

It would have been nice for you to keep me posted on what was going on and that you had a deal working with someone else.

I am very disappointed in the way this was handled.

very nice ! business ethic blademaster. I have clearly asked you to wait last night until I speak with my partner. Then when I come back to the thread to check, I see the sales pending message (message was sent after 10 minutes of our email communication).

You have wasted my 30 minutes.

But it took me actually 10 minutes to figure out that the figures you have supplied were incorrect actually.

With only a few clicks from organic search engine result pages, I'm wondering how can you make the big sales.

Anyway, I send my best wishes to the new site owner and hope you'll be more professional with your next trade.

Well, I wasted 7-8 hours on this. He even verbally agreed to the sale. I had already made financial and business decision based on this transaction.

Onestop what are you talking about? all of the sales from this year are from organic listings/referrals without any pay per click advertising, i clearly posted the first one to come up with the money will get the site as for you windmaster, i sent you an email regarding that i had changed my mind because semadvance had offered to buy the site for the full $4000 by jan 1.

After 2 deals had fallen through i am just wanting to get the site turned over to a new owner who has the time that the site needs. Whoever that person is, will be very happy with their investment by the first of the year.

Onestop i also dont appreciate your statement and the fact you are trying to make me look like a liar or something about where the traffic is coming from. I have not spent one penny on advertising this year and as you can see from the login i gave you there have been plenty of sales from this free traffic.

It's my bad that I didn't see these numbers, also most of the visits (traffic) were from bots in the stats page, maybe it wasn't updated, I don't know.

    I didn't spend hours on last year's stats/orders, I'm just telling what I saw.

I haven't received an email from you. I double checked my email account, and this is the last piece of conversation. From me to you:

I don't want to get into any arguments or anything. I just didn't like your business ethic.

    good luck

Well, I never received an email blademaster. BTW I also offer the full $4000 by Jan 1st as well. I clearly stated I would agree to either purchasing program you wanted.

And even if you had notified by about your deal with SemAdvance, I do not understand why you did not recontact me when it fell through.

I mean, I drew up the contract you requested, you agreed that it would work, I signed and sent it to you, then nothing.

It is your site, you can sell it to anyone you want. But I spend a lot of time and effort on the contract, setting up a shipping and receiving location, setting up accounts with shippers, etc., all based on this transaction.

I just spent some time reading this thread and I'm really wondering why the wholesaler doesn't just drop ship the items themselves?

Doesn't it seem like it just adds another via on the line to the customer getting the order and double shipping charges...

    Just curious...

Im still waiting to hear back from Daniah, one of the things that irked me a bit about your deal thewindmaster was how you wanted to give a deposit then take 2 weeks to decide if you wanted the site, this was a big turnoff for me, i just want to sell the site not give it to someone for two weeks for them to change their mind thus me missing out on other potential buyers who had made offers. i have proven traffic stats, sales etc, i can prove how profitable the items can be by you simply logging into the wholesale site and seeing their prices, ive also disclosed how you can dump the products from the site via csv onto amazon. I had one guy already string me a long for two weeks then he ended up disappearing after he said he was mailing me a check.

Im willing to help the new buyer with their advertising campaign as well as provide support for 60 days via phone/messenger. Im also willing to allow the person to use my account with the distributor until they get things going and can then get their own account. I really hope someone steps up and buys the site, the clock is ticking only weeks away before xmas sales season and if the site gets updated properly the new owner will be making a lot of money. If i had not moved from east to west coast i probably would have kept the site myself however shipping from the distributor from Ga to Cali takes 4 or 5 days once shipped to arrive.

Also to the new owner, i am setting up a dropship business (i will sell to retailers only not the end customer) on the west coast so eventually you could move to my product line and not have to ship anything yourself but this won't be ready until the 1st quarter of 2007. If i do not hear from Daniah by the end of today the site is back up for grabs, i would like to close the deal as soon as possible.

So if anyone else is interested, please pm me with details of your offer of either the $3k quick sale or $4k with at least $1000 down and balance due by 1-1-07 or any other creative offers.

I will take the site with 1k down and the rest by jan,
but i am not going to monkey around, either u sell it to me or u dont.
if you arei n Cali, u can meet my partner to arrange the payment etc.
I will wait for one reply on this and decide if i should look at this venture anymore, like others I have spent a bit of time reading and finding how this could work for me.

find me on msn to finalize everything

I believe I told you that I would have also done the $1k and remaining $3k in Jan if you prefered.

I only wanted to have some time to confirm your traffic, wholesaler information etc to ensure that everything was as said and there was no scam. You are asking someone to send a $3K check into oblivion and hope they get a site out of the deal. There are a lot of scams on DP (HERE is one example) and I was just trying to protect myself. If the site is as you say, our deal would have already been finalized and you would have already had the full $3k by now and it would have been over with.

If you did not like the offer you could have just refused instead of leading me on.

    Hey Blademaster,

Uhh, I hate to be the guy to post this but can the blademaster's amazon account still be recoved after this?

I was doing some searching and found this:

    Amazon Customer Feedback

about 1 out of every 4 customers left negative feedback. Most of them related to shipping.

Although, to be fair, the bulk of them began starting around the end of last year. But there were still some big shipping delays early on.

regarding the amazon account, that was also owned by the guy who i took the site back from, now you can see why i have gray hairs at 31 years old, that account cannot be recovered however you can make a new amazon account with no reference to blademasters. I have an amazon account but i only have a few products up at the moment but ive done very well considering theres only a couple of products.

And also that month there was around $20k in amazon sales.
