It's seems there are many CPM networks just scam. Could you tell us some real paid CPM networks?

I'd recommend CPXinteractive, Contextweb, Burstmedia and Valueclickmedia.

A lot of people post go to edomz.com it's the best i don't believe that.
    1. If edomz.com has no Ad to show for a visitor then the visitor still gets a pop-up with a google.com start page.
    2. And in Internet Explorer (tested in v8 and v9) the time to show a pop-up for the same visitor is not working there will be a pop-up on every page.

For now im using Google AdSense and got my firt payment (70€) in 19 days. I will still tried some ohter CPM networks but there are dam lot af crap out there.

Which networks didn't pay you? There are really hundreds of advertising networks to choose from that's why i would suggest looking into advertising exchanges.

Fidelity Media use NET 30 terms:
Payment for the relevant portion of the campaign is due within 30 business days from the end of each calendar month in which the campaign has been run. For example, if you started working with Fidelity Media in May you should receive your payment for the May activity in the first business week of July.

And also there are no minimum limits for publisher’s payouts.NET 30 terms means:
