I guess the important thing is to understand what your website is going to be doing. Do you have a name? If you don't want to share here can you PM it to me? Is it ready to go with products in your niche? Will you be investing in the marketing aspect or trying to do everything for free? All important questions to answer before you get started. It will also help others on DP provide you with insightful information. One of the crucial parts to this is focusing on certain areas when you're just starting out. Don't sit there and try to do everything at once, especially if this isn't a full time opportunity for you right now. Take out some paper or open up Notepad or Word and think about what you want to do with the site itself. Are you looking to build backlinks soon or do you still need to add content to your site? These might sound like trivial questions, but anyone can have their own website. The question is whether or not it's time to start bringing traffic to the site or you don't have anything setup yet. So try to provide us with a little more information and I'm sure there will be a lot of people willing to help you (including myself). Cheers, Michael
What exactly are you asking about affiliate marketing? There are so many different aspects. What do you need the basics? If so start here by asking questions. Rule #1 dont buy into the affiliate newbie trap buying training courses, and purchasing upsells. It will discourage you very fast. Also keep it simple as possible and think out the box at the same(Wow what a paradox huh?)It takes a while to get your stride but once you do you will be running laps in no time
Do you think people will help your for free to construct your building? And how could it be here? You have to create each and every step by your own. You have a single website now but for a handsome money you will have to create numerous websites. Do trail and error. You cannot eat a cake which is baked by someone else unless you have money to spend on it.
I agree with you in the beginning, however, you cant throw new affiliates out of the nest and expect them to fly while still inside an egg. Sometimes when someone bakes a cake they'll give you a slice if you ask for it. You know how many review products I have received just by asking? Don't scare the new guy away so early...Remember he still need's to learn SEO...Proper SEO
I was not trying to scare him but i want him to do all the hard work by himself just the way we all are here. There is an advantage if he learns all the things by himself, Because the more he fails the better he gets the experience. I know a baby does not learn all by himself but the perseverance of learning will make him more perfect

I have a method which use affiliate marketing and PPC. Unlike normal PPC, it's completely FREE. Once you setup everything, it works on autopilot. You can do something else and you'll make money while you sleep.
You can start affiliate marketing by visiting sites like Amazon or CJ and signing up to their affiliate program, they are large enough that their requirements are not as strict as the others. It would help if you find a product there that you personally like and willing to defend, you then write about the benefits of this product on your site (a review if you like), and submit articles to the likes of Ezinearticles and Goarticles, some of the best article directories, you will be getting backlinks to your site from these, as they allow you to leave a link back to your site in the BIO. You can then increase your backlinks by leaving comments on related blogs, with a link back to your site, ensure that the comments are useful or else the Admin will simply remove your post. Over time you will start to see the benefits of all of these, which comes in traffic, and the more traffic the more chances people have to click on your affiliate links from Amazon and CJ and you get a commission if they buy or complete an offer. This is how many affiliate marketers started.
affiliate marketing = building traffic (paid or free). If you know how to driving tons of traffic to your websites/affiliate links, you will make a pretty good quantity of money pretty easily.
First join a network like clickbank,amazon,commission junction etc and then choose a product and start to promote it from your site and build traffic to your site.

Search in YouTube, you will get useful tutorial for learning affiliate marketing. And all the tutorials are completely free and they are very useful.
