Will I be banned if I use my ads like this?

    Hello friends,
    Im working on a new webpage and in the future I was thinking of having my ads like this. Will this be alright?

    Just asking to be sure before I put more time into this.

    I can't see any reason why this would be against their TOS - I have seen many similar things being done across the web. It looks good as well.

    I tried to do some "fine tuning" to the last one. Did i go to far on this one or will this be legal?
    As you can see I tried to "hide" the text Ads by Google.

    "Ads by Google" is visible .This is only another example of nice blending
    i don't see anything against TOS as lomg as you dont change the source .
