Do PAYPAL issue refund for non-digital products?

    Hello,

    Hey I paid one person around $1000 for some websites creation + keyword search but he suggested wrong and waste keywords and then I had to open DISPUTE on paypal saying "merchandise" not delivered but I have a doubt now.

    Will PP favor me or him? Becuase I heard paypal doesnt look much over non-digital product i.e. websites or domains such things.

    And over that the guy has withdrawn all the his PP money to his local non-US bank so PP wont reverse as well as PP can't reverse non-US bank isn't.

    So what shall I do. What should be my next move?

    How can I get my money?

    BUT this dispute is regarding non digital product for websites and you know it doesnt include any tracking shipping code or such. What if he say he already delivered but I lost or deleted it and asking for refund?

    I'm messed up here !

    You better ask PayPal customer service agent and talk with them directly explaining your situation truly. And ask advice how you can won the dispute or/and can get back the money. Also try to solve it with the service provider. Tell him that the service he has given is not suiting your purpose. It is not what you paid for. If he was in your situation how would he feel about it. If he can refund you then that is the better option. But don't close dispute unless you finalize with the refund getting or any other solution. If he is a good person and professional then he should give refund.
