Keyword density refer to the ratio of your total keywords to the total no. of words on a page.
While keyword proximity refers to the closeness b/w words of a keyword phrase. It means if your keyword phrase is "world tour packages" then it is better if you use it like "We offer best tour packages to all over the world rather than " Best Tour Packages - Choose from our specially designed packages for all over the world".

Keyword density & proximity are old school practice. If you are going to develop your content copy & reveal it with this stuff so I recommend to focus on natural content rather than any density or proximity.

Keyword density is the percentage of times a keyword appears on the webpage compared to the total number of words in the webpage.

Keyword proximity refers to the closeness between two or more keywords. In general, the closer the keywords are, the better.

    Thanks :)
