    I foll this problem and i have invented a solution
    Step 1 : if you are using Adsense please remove adsense from this blog for some day
    Step 2 : write some uniq content
    step 3 : go to identi.ca and publish your post url ( for this you will get some quality Dofollow backlink )
    step 4 : Keep doing the same for next 5 days .

    I think you will get back your rank.
