openx got more functions, inout would be easier to use.

Beside you havent mention any other needs that it needs to be PPC. So its not that easy to help you.
Openx is free, both selfhosted and hosted version (onramp)

I got openx enterprise running later today, so i did a little upgrade from the ones you mention :)

Bro thanks very much for answer.

i have some questions if you dont mind.

Can openX have all the functions that inout has ?
i think in openx we need to use special mod for enabling advertisers/publishers registration.

and in openX can advertiser set amount of the money that he wants to pay per click or does admin have to do it ?

    sorry for poor english :)

I dont know for sure if openx has all the same functions as inout but its a very advanced system so i would think they do. Yes you have an option to allow advertisers/publishers to register themselves or alternatively admin would create accounts for them. And yes in openx your advertisers can set their own prices.
