Floating ads in wordpress

    Hello, i want to know how to add a floating ads in wordpress. (self hosted wordpress).

    Below images shows an example for floating ads. Plz help me to add floating ads like this

    This plugin is not working in wordpress 3.1.3 . I install this plugin and add code to theme file [ <?php $floatad = new floatad(); $floatad->displayad(); ?> right after the <BODY> ]

    after that it shows error when i open the home page. any other plugin or solution
