I need send money to a hosting company I face some problem what need to do?

I have a paypal account but there is no fund. I try to buy a hosting from a company using paypal payment process. I want to give them money direct from my Visa card to there paypal account. But when i go payment there are 2 option login paypal & by visa card. When i select visa card it showing create a new account using my visa card. But I have already a paypal account but 0$.

Now how can i pay them using my visa card payment to there paypal account?

Please inform me what need to do here.

 

when you create a paypal account you have to give them your credit card details, can you not just pay from inside your paypal account with the credit card you signed up with>?

I give them my card details when i create my account But I have no fund in my account yet. But need to pay now.

well, perhaps you didn't enter the expuse code in paypal account to confirm the card verification. You will see the expuse code in your card's transaction history.
