What is a realistic expectation of earnings after your first month with AdSense? I'm currently averaging a dollar a day with them. Is that high? Low?
Maybe that includes low income. Some adsense pubs have been able to income about 100 -1000/day. So, keep spirit and fight ...
Nobody will EVER be able to answer that question for you. Just focus on improving your site, serp's and ad placement.
I know you can't really predict that number, I'm just wondering...like...what the average is. In one article, I read that people don't really start making anything until after a year!
Well, it really depends on how hard you work. I here a lot of people say it was about a year before they were even getting a check monthly. If your brand new to web design and Adsense then I would say 6 months to a year before your making a monthly check. BUT, if you work real hard, write a few articles a day and do daily task to get traffic (social networking) or can get your site ranking for a keyword fast, then I would say you could be making a $100 a month, enough to get a check monthly in a few months probably. The key is too have a lot content. Unique, text content. The more articles you have, the more pages you have and more chances to get clicks.
Draw up a daily SEO routine and do not get tunnel vision on a single SEO strategy.Use social media outlets like FB to drive traffic to your site.Article submission, press release and guest blogging are some of the best SEO strategies.
That's exactly what I was averaging my first month. You simply have to be patient. However, you can optimize your ad space by strategically placing your adsense code near the front left corner of your content. I did that and my clickthrough rate went up significantly.
