Please help completing my php form

    I have made a form in dreamweaver...will you please help me in completing.

    when form is submitted it should be e-mailed to

    i have attached the zip file in the attachment

    Please do it for me.

    Please edit post and instead of attaching a zip. Just put it in bbcode [ code][/code ] tags. Why do we need to email it to you? Can you not come back and check?

    LOL, he meant the form data should be mailed to that email.. :D
    I think he is creating a form mailer..
