If you've identified the type of market that you want to target then first thing you can do is to go to yellowpages.com and find your target businesses, and do cold calling. Although people get frightened by thinking that they would have to cold call but it works in reality. You may get to listen "No Thanks" several times but you'll get a couple of "Yes" too in your per day cold calling campaign. Secondly you can make a landing page with optin box, and drive traffic to your main keywords either by doing SEO or by using PPC to gather leads of interested parties in your offer. Thirdly you can contact business data selling companies, and buy from them email lists and other contact details of your t arget market. Fourthly you can go to manta.com and use it to find the contact details of your target market. To get IT business in US or any other country you'll need to talk with that business personally either by cold calling or whatever. Email would help you in getting your first response but many don't reply to emails that often. You can hire or contract with some freelanceer who can do the cold calling on your behalf if you're not comfortable yourself doing it, and he'll either close the deals for you and bring you the business or help you in setting up meetings or appointments.
